Dr. Mitchell Olson

Patient care is very important to me, and I am dedicated in helping my patients maintain their natural teeth and provide them with the best care possible from myself and my staff. I enjoy my practice, and I am honored to provide gentle, top-quality dental care to my patients.

Besides general dentistry, I also perform many other areas of dentistry, such as endodontic (root canals), dentures, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and dental implants.

I graduated in 1986 from Gustavus Adolphus with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. In 1990, I graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School.

The practice dates back to the 1950’s. I acquired and continued the dental practice in 1992 from the dentist whom I worked for at the time. Since then it has been remolded and redesigned into a state-of-the-art dental practice.

My professional memberships include the Minnesota District Dental Society, the Minnesota Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

In my time away from dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jenni; my three children; and our family dog. I am an avid skier, both on water and snow. I love to cook, and I keep very busy coaching my kids’ soccer and hockey teams.

Anders Olson, DDS
Dr. Anders Olson grew up in Bloomington, MN. He was heavily involved in cross-country running, track and field, and Nordic skiing, and continued all three sports in college. Dr. Olson received his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota-School of Dentistry.

Dr. Olson was a “social butterfly” in dental school, winning the Social Butterfly award. He loved working and spending time with his classmates and organized a running club. He enjoyed his clinical time, particularly patient exams, surgical procedures and prosthodontics.

Dr. Olson likes being able to help others feel confident in their smile and enjoys procedures that restore a patient’s dentition.
